Aaaallllllright! It's time we take a short look at a certain "fuzzy" genre of film art (one dictionary calls it "froth") - the Xmas movies. Harry Potters are suitable for the holidays (there's thrill & magic), but they aren't fuzzy enough. What I'm talking about is for example...

Näissä elokuvissa on tarpeeksi romantiikkaa ja hössötystä ja höpsötystä. Mutta niistä ei silti puutu dramatiikkaa - joissain sitä on enemmän kuin hömppä-osastoa. Ainoa noista, joka puuttuu omasta hyllystäni, on Valkea joulu. Se on silti muutamaan otteeseen tullut katsottua ja vakaa aikomus (hahhaa) onkin hankkia se joskus jostain.
These movies have enough romance and fuss and funny stuff. But still they don't lack drama - in some there's more of it than the other qualities. The only one of movies above I don't have, is White Christmas. I've seen it couple of times and it is my solid intention (haha...) to get it, someday somewhere.

Tykkään paljon jouluaiheisista komedioista, animaatioista (kuten Akun kohdalla jo kävikin ehkä ilmi), kaikenlaisesta. Niistä myöhemmissä luukuissa sitten :) Lopuksi pari suosikkipätkää muutamasta leffasta! En ookaan tänä sesonkina katsonut vielä YHTÄÄN niitä, täytyy pian korjata tilanne.
I like a lot of other genres too, Xmas comedies, animations... Promise to tell more about them in later Calendar posts :) I'm going to end today with few clips from couple of films! Haven't yet seen ANY of them (during this "season"), must make up for it soon.
